Getting Started
If you are currently under the care of a behavioral health provider, call your provider and inquire if they are participating in Pathways Behavioral Health Network.
If your provider does not participate in Pathways, we encourage you to find a provider in our network.
Self-Referrals
As a Pathways member, you may self refer yourself to any in-network Pathways provider confidentially without the involvement of your primary care doctor.
Prior authorization is required by your Pathways provider for specialty care and facility services. Referrals are typically processed within five (5) business days. Authorization must be obtained by a Pathways provider or Primary Care Provider before administering sarvices.
Case Management
If you need a higher level of care, Pathways encourages you to enter a behavioral health program and engage in case management.
